The Tides Inn, a cherished family-owned hotel nestled on a Chesapeake Bay peninsula, undertook a transformative two-year endeavor to restore their shoreline and preserve the local marine life. Our mission was to document this inspiring journey through marketing videos, highlighting their environmental impact. As the Producer/Project Manager, I meticulously coordinated logistics, timelines, budgets, and talent. During each filming trip, I ensured adherence to schedules, managed our team, facilitated vendor payments, and ensured the client's satisfaction. Across five trips spanning eighteen months, we successfully captured the essence of this remarkable project.
