About Me

Welcome — I’m Katie.

My background spans model home interior design, set design, and private residential work, with experience contributing to residential and production projects throughout Southern California. Most recently, I worked as an interior designer with a model home firm in Costa Mesa, later continuing to contribute to model home projects on a contract basis after welcoming my daughter. Alongside this work, I’ve completed select private residential projects throughout my career, allowing me to apply a consistent, thoughtful approach across a range of residential environments.

Across disciplines, my approach to design remains the same: collaborative, detail-driven, and rooted in creating spaces that feel intentional, layered, and livable. I’m drawn to work that balances visual impact with warmth — spaces that not only photograph beautifully, but feel good to be in. Interior design, to me, is a canvas for everyday life.

Outside of work, I’m a wife and mom to a one-year-old daughter, Avalon, and spend as much time as possible outdoors enjoying life along the Southern California coast with my husband, Jonathan.
